Dr Bhavin Jadav was featured by ABC Adelaide following his involvement in the complex surgical treatment of an endangered chimpanzee at Monarto Safari Park.
While Dr Yap who is a respected Veterinary surgeon led the surgical care for Sandali the Chimp, Dr Jadav was called in to help in with the procedure due to the uncommon nature of the injury in a chimpanzee and Dr Jadav's expertise with human fracture fixation because the Chimp anatomy is not same but analogous to humans to a good extent.
